Online Registration


  1. It is recommended to use “Chrome” browser to do this registration process
  2. Make sure you have filled in the online form correctly
  3. Select the Pre-Congress Workshops, Symposiums and Accommodations (optional) that you will choose.
  4. The total number of transactions will be accumulated in the TOTAL AMOUNT column at the bottom of the form.
  5. Continue your transaction by push the “Registration” button
  6. You will receive a registration confirmation through the registered email account. If you do not receive e-mail, check your spam folder or your junk mail folder
  7. Go to the payment page via the “Payment Confirmation” button in your email message. You will receive information on the details of the transaction that you have made.
  8. Once you are sure, press the “Payment” button, you will be connected to the payment form. Fill in your credit card data correctly (Card Number, Expired & CCV). Also fill in the amount to be paid. Then press the “Pay” button.
  9. If your payment is received, you will have an e-receipt and registration note through a registered email account.


  • Payment transactions will be processed using Indonesian rupiah currency (IDR)
  • This transaction is only valid for credit cards.
  • If your transaction rejected, this might be caused by BIN (Bank Identification Number) Filtering and or 3DS (3 Domain Security). If that happens, please register and pay through the offline registration.
  • Equivalent currency USD 1 = IDR 14.500,-. (This equivalency is to anticipate of exchange rate fluctuation)

Cancellation of Registration and Refund
